At Petvona, we stand behind the quality of our pet products. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and provide reliable support in case you face any issues related to product defects. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what isn’t, and how you can request a warranty claim.

1. Warranty Coverage

Selected products sold on Petvona are eligible for a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This may include issues like:

  • Material defects
  • Faulty stitching or build issues
  • Non-functioning parts due to manufacturing error

Warranty coverage duration may vary by product category. If a product includes a warranty, it will be mentioned clearly on the product page.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does NOT cover issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or rough use
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling
  • Water damage (for non-waterproof products)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period. We will require:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos clearly showing the defect
  • A short explanation of the issue

In certain cases, a video of the product issue may be required for verification.

4. Replacement Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup of the defective item (if applicable) and process a replacement. Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after verification.

5. No Refund Under Warranty

Warranty claims are eligible for replacement only, not refunds. If the product is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value.

6. Products Without Warranty

Some products—especially chew toys, pet-wear items, and accessories—may not carry warranty coverage due to natural wear caused by pets. Please check product details before purchase.
