At Petvona, we want every pet-care product to bring joy — not stress! Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing your order.

1. How to Cancel an Order 🧾

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Damaged on Arrival 📦

We take full responsibility for products damaged during transit. To process a claim:

• A parcel opening video is mandatory to verify damage.
• Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Send your video + order details via WhatsApp or email.

After verification, we will arrange pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Faulty or Manufacturing Defects 🧸

Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement. This does not include damage caused by improper use, water exposure, or normal wear and tear.

Once approved, pickup and replacement will be completed within 7 working days.

4. Buyer Changed Their Mind 💭

If cancellation is requested before dispatch, a 100% refund will be issued. After shipment, no refund is possible for dislike/change-of-mind cases. Customized items are not eligible for return.

5. Exchanges 🔁

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. All products are quality-checked before dispatch.

6. Wrong Product Delivered 🎁

If you receive an incorrect product, record a parcel opening video and contact us within 24 hours. After verification, we will arrange pickup and send the correct item at our cost.

7. Returned Parcels (Customer Not Accepted) 🚚

If a prepaid order returns because the customer didn’t accept delivery, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
