At Petvona, we do our best to ensure every order delights you. Refunds are available only in limited situations, as described below.

1. Eligibility for Refund 🧾

Refunds are allowed only if your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dislike, or product usage dissatisfaction.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received πŸ“¦

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. A parcel opening video is mandatory to verify such claims.

3. Buyer Changed Their Mind πŸ’­

Refunds are not accepted for change-of-mind or accidental purchase cases. Placing an order on petvona.in constitutes a legally binding purchase agreement.

4. Parcel Returned to Us (β€œCustomer Not Accepted”) 🚚

If a prepaid order returns to us due to non-acceptance by the customer, a refund will be issued after deducting two-way shipping charges.

We do not offer product exchanges. Please check product details carefully before placing your order.

To initiate a refund (if eligible), contact our support team immediately. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
