At Petvona, we aim to deliver your pet’s favorite products as quickly and safely as possible. Below are our most commonly asked shipping questions to help you shop with confidence.
Orders are normally delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
Yes, COD is available for most locations in India for orders above ₹399, with a small COD fee.
You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Please share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement after verification.
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the parcel returns to us due to non-acceptance, two-way shipping charges will be deducted.
Yes! Petvona ships to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.
Shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹299. For orders below ₹299, a small ₹49 fee applies.
